But, ...it's in your best interest to learn how you can keep your hard earned money, isn't it? Shouldn't you have the option to keep 100% of your commission?
- So...do I really get to keep all of my commission? You sure do! We give you your entire commission check, and charge a $299 transaction fee. That's it...keep 100 per cent commission.
- Okay, so what if I make a really big sale, and my commission is $30,000? Well, what about it? You worked for it, didn't you? You keep $30,000 minus $299!
- Are you kidding?? Nope.
- When do we get our commission check? You can now receive your commission checks immediately at closing, right at the closing table! submit a commission disbursement form to your closing company, and they will pay you right at the closing table..no waiting!
- Okay, so what do we have to pay for monthly fees, in order to keep all of our commission? Nothing.
- Are you kidding?? Nope.
- What about errors and omissions insurance? The fairest way we have determined to cover you on Errors and Omissions is to charge a $35 fee each time you have a closing. This is what most of our agents have felt is the best scenario, so they do not have to come up with larger sums at one time.
- I heard you were a "virtual" company, is that true? Well, I guess that's according to what your understanding of "virtual" is. Most of our agents are busy professionals who are mobile. They have offices set up at home, they are on the road, they are meeting customers, etc. They have laptops, and smart phones, and are independent...and like it that way. And they love the idea that they get to keep their commission! It's simply a "choice' we offer.
- What about training? Do you offer any? The NEW HomeChoice Real Estate will offer Agent Bootcamp...continual training modules that will provide our agents with the latest tools, tips and techniques to keep them on top of our ever-changing industry. Some training sessions will be held in house, or over luncheon meetings, or even as online webinars where you can participate in your pajamas if you'd like!
